Domestic Reward Flights

Reward flights within Australia are a decent use of your points, netting you 1 to 1.5 cents per point of value for economy flights and 1.5 to 2.5 cents per point of value for business flights.

When spent on domestic economy flights, 1,000 points are worth $10 to $15.

When spent on domestic business flights, 1,000 points are worth $15 to $25.

International Reward Flights

International reward flights outside Australia are one of the best uses of your points, giving you the following value, depending on the cabin class you book:

  • 2 to 4 cents per point for economy flights.
  • 4 cents per point for business flights.

The Velocity Rewards Store is where you can purchase gift cards and and consumer goods using your Velocity points. The redemption rate is around 0.5 cents per point.
